How do I set up a custom domain?
Go to your workspace settings and enter your desired subdomain (like books.yourcompany.com). We'll give you a CNAME record to add to your DNS. Once propagated, SSL is automatically provisioned. The whole process takes about 5 minutes of your time, plus up to 24 hours for DNS propagation.
Can I use different branding for different flipbooks?
Currently, branding is set at the workspace level. All flipbooks in a workspace share the same colors, logo, and domain. If you need different branding for different content, create separate workspaces.
What logo sizes do you support?
We recommend 320x120 pixels or similar proportions. PNG with transparent background works best. Upload both a light and dark version if your logo needs different versions for different backgrounds.
Does whitelabel cost extra?
Whitelabel is included in Professional and Company plans at no additional cost. Free and Starter plans include some branding customization but keep a small "Powered by Flipbooker" badge.
Can I customize the email templates?
Magic link emails automatically use your logo and brand colors. For full template customization (custom text, layout changes), contact us about our Company plan.
What happens to my custom domain if I cancel?
If you cancel or downgrade, your custom domain stops working and links revert to our standard domain. Your flipbooks remain accessible at their standard URLs.
